为了探讨除草剂丁草胺对中华大蟾蜍心室肌细胞电生理学特性的影响,试验将蟾蜍随机分组后进行染毒,其浓度分别为3 mg/L、15 mg/L、30 mg/L,在染毒3,6,9 d后,运用悬浮式玻璃电极技术和MPA-2000生物信号分析系统记录心室肌细胞的电活动。结果表明:除草剂丁草胺使蟾蜍心室肌细胞动作电位的幅度、去极化速度和2期复极化时程显著减小或缩短,4期复极化时程延长,且具有一定的时间和剂量效应关系。
