一台配置康明斯6BTA5.9型柴油机的大宇挖掘机,经搪缸、磨轴、组装以及冷磨热试装机,又经减载限挖量走合后,便投入运行,进行土石方作业。但几次运行后,油耗超过常用量的1/2以上,夜间排气歧管发红,消声器前段排气管也被烧红。针对上述故障,进行了发动机15 s运转试验,滴水于消声器连接处,水即沸腾,可断定排气温度过高。热机后逐缸测量汽缸压力,均略低于出厂最低限值
