我国中学生的人数比较多,并且大部分中学生都在农村,农村中小学各种教育资源比较落后,导致了英语教学成为农村各中小学的难题,制约了相当一部分农村学生英语水平的提高。很多学生在经过了小学的跌打滚爬之后,带着一种对英语的恐惧、厌恶之情进入了初中,这在一定程度上影响了他们在初中的英语学习,使得他们本来就不太理想的英语成绩更加不太令人满意了。我们教师习惯上把这些学生称为后进生。本人在经过了多年的初中英语教学之后,就如何帮助后进生提高的问题,总结了几点心得体会,想与大家交流一下。
The number of middle school students in our country is relatively large, and most of the middle school students are in the rural areas. The education resources in rural primary and middle schools are relatively backward, which makes English teaching a difficult problem for primary and secondary schools in rural areas and restricts the improvement of a considerable part of rural students' English level. Many students entered the junior high school with a sense of fear and disgust after passing the elementary school, which to a certain extent affected their English learning in junior high school, making them less idealistic English grades more unsatisfactory. Our teachers used to refer to these students as backward students. After years of junior high school English teaching, I summed up a few experiences on how to help improve the quality of students, and I would like to share with you some.
