一、纪实:一节成功的课例周五接通知有省教研员来听课,指定课题“圆的认识”。怎样才能使这堂课的教学富有新意、更具研究价值?正好这几天重温了陶行知先生的文集,我决定尝试采用“小先生制”的生本课堂教学模式,将学生请上讲台,让学生真正成为课堂的主体,真正体现“学为主体”的教育。利用双休日时间,我请全班推举出的四名小老师(黄磊、叶佳峰、高凌峰、赵晗奕)和我共同备课、试讲。整节课由四名小老师轮流执教,教学取得了意想不到的效果:不仅展示了小老师的风采,更展示了“全班”同学的精彩!

The whole class took turns coaching by four little teachers, teaching has achieved unexpected results: not only shows the style of a small teacher, but also shows the “class ” classmates wonderful!
