上海市第一妇婴保健院创建于1947 年,下设临床部、保健部和浦东分部,是一所集医疗、保健、康复于一体的三级甲等专科医院。医院核定床位272 张,职工600余人。年门、急诊量36万人次,出院1．2万1人次。为上海市干部保健指定单位,首批全国爱婴医院,1983 年成为世界卫生组织围产保健合作中心。近年来,医院在分配制度改革中积极探索管理、技术等要素参与分配,加大分配激励的改革力度,取得了一定成效。
The Shanghai First Maternal and Child Health Hospital was established in 1947. It consists of the Clinical Department, the Ministry of Health, and the Pudong Division. It is a tertiary A-level hospital specializing in medical treatment, health care, and rehabilitation. The hospital has 272 approved beds and more than 600 employees. There were 360,000 person-times of emergency visits and 121,000 discharges. It is the designated unit of Shanghai cadre health care, the first batch of national baby-friendly hospitals, and in 1983 it became the World Health Organization Perinatal Care Cooperation Center. In recent years, in the reform of the distribution system, hospitals actively explored the participation of management, technology, and other elements in distribution, increased the intensity of reforms in distribution incentives, and achieved certain results.
