指出了现用密封特性参数及设计方法的局限性和不合理性。重点介绍了ＰＶＲＣ的ＡＢ密封试验方法及垫片的典型试验结果。根据所得到的σ＿ｇ—Ｔ＿ｐ曲线提出了一种新的密封设计方法，给出了由组装应力求取螺栓载荷的有关设计计算公式。
The limitations and unreasonableness of the current sealing characteristic parameters and design methods are pointed out. The PVRC AB seal test method and the typical test results of the gasket are mainly introduced. According to the obtained σ_g-T_p curve, a new method of seal design is proposed, and the design formula of bolt load obtained from assembly stress is given.
