文章总结了近10年来国内有关“村改居”问题的研究状况,对“村改居”的城市化背景、改革模式与历史变迁、基于理论与实践的政策研究、集体资产与产权制度、社区自治与社区管理、社会保障与就业制度、生活方式转型与适应问题等7个方面进行了评述,认为目前的“村改居”研究在研究主题、研究对象、研究方法等方面还存在一些不足,学术界应该重视和加强对“村改居”社区的文化整合、围绕居民个体的相关研究以及不同地域之间的对比研究等方面的探讨。
The article summarizes the research status of “village rehabilitated residence” in the past 10 years, the urbanization background, reform mode and historical changes of “village rehabilitated residence”, policy research based on theory and practice, collective assets and Property right system, community autonomy and community management, social security and employment system, life style transformation and adaptation problems, and so on. It is concluded that the current research on “village-dwelling-dwelling” research focuses on research topics, research objects, research methods and so on There are still some shortcomings. The academic community should pay more attention to and strengthen the cultural integration of the “village rehabilitated home” community, the study on individual residency and the comparative study of different regions.
