采用细胞贴附式膜片钳技术,观察不同浓度维那利酮对培养鸡胚心室肌细胞L-型单个钙通道电流的影响,并比较了维那利酮与米力农二者对该电流作用的异同。结果显示:不同浓度的维那利酮可增加通道的可利用率2~3倍(P<0.001),并使通道的开放慨率分别增加2.25(10 ̄(-5)mol/L)、3.0(2×10 ̄(-5)mol/L)和4.3(10 ̄(-4)mol/L)倍;通道的平均开放时间常数和关闭时间常数在10 ̄(-5)smo/L和2×10 ̄(-5)mol/L时无显著改变,而在10 ̄(-4)mol/L组可稍延长其平均开放时间常数,缩短其平均关闭时间常数。维那利酮与同等浓度的米力农相比,二者对通道可利用率的增加程度一致,但对开放概率的增加前者比后者高出2倍。
