本实验用IEF/SDS-PAGE对家蝇的溴氰菊酯处理株和对照株及敏感株进行了分析。经过12代的筛选,处理株的LD50是对照株的17.5倍,SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳结果显示:三株的成虫未见明显差异,而敏感株的蛹期则缺乏在处理株和对照株中均出现的两条蛋白条带。进一步对成虫的双向电泳结果显示,处理株中至少有三个多肽点在对照中未出现,这些点很可能就是由抗药性基因被诱导产生的抗性蛋白质。而在对照株中出现的一些点却在处理株中缺如
In this study, deltamethrin-treated and control strains and susceptible strains of housefly were analyzed by IEF / SDS-PAGE. After 12 generations of screening, the LD50 of the treated plants was 17.5 times that of the control strain. SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis showed no significant differences among the three adult strains, The two protein bands appeared in the control strains. Further two-dimensional electrophoresis of the adult showed that at least three of the peptide spots in the treated strain did not appear in the control, and these were probably the resistance proteins that were induced by the drug-resistant gene.
