解剖镜下观察不同浓度紫皮独蒜液(下称蒜液)杀灭日本血吸虫(Schistosoma japonicum)尾蚴和钉螺(Oncomelania)的效果,并记录所需时间;用日本血吸虫尾蚴感染皮肤已涂抹不同浓度蒜液的小鼠,计算感染率。另设去离子水对照组。结果,蒜液原液杀灭血吸虫尾蚴的平均时间为(77.33±25.01)s,浓度为0.79%~50.00%蒜液杀死日本血吸虫尾蚴的平均时间为(299.67±18.96)~(73.00±1.73)s,而对照组中尾蚴在600 s内一直有活力;蒜液原液在1 d内可全部杀灭钉螺,而对照组钉螺2 d内死亡率为0;皮肤涂抹不同浓度的蒜液的小鼠感染率均为0,对照组小鼠感染率则为100%。表明蒜液有较好的杀灭日本血吸虫尾蚴和钉螺的效果,涂肤具有防御日本血吸虫尾蚴感染的作用。
