目的:研究婴幼儿反夏呼吸道感染的细胞及体液免疫状态和云芝糖肽的治疗效果。方法:分别采用间接免疫荧光法和比色法检测婴幼儿反复呼吸道感染不同病期的T细胞亚群和免疫球蛋白含量,并用比浊法检测IgG和IgA亚类 结果:婴幼儿反复呼吸道感染患儿细胞及体液免疫指标均低于对照组,云芝糖肽治疗后均恢复正常或明显改善,总有效率97.6%。结论:婴幼儿反复呼吸道感染患儿存在T细胞免疫缺陷和免疫球蛋白低下,且IgG_2,IgG_4,IgA_1,IgA_2明显降低,云芝糖肽可改善或纠正,防治效果好
OBJECTIVE: To study the cellular and humoral immune status of infantile summer anti-summer respiratory tract infection and the therapeutic effect of Yunzhi glycopeptide. Methods: Indirect immunofluorescence and colorimetric assay were used to detect T cell subsets and immunoglobulin levels in infantile recurrent respiratory tract infection at different stages, and IgG and IgA subclasses were detected by turbidimetry. Results: Infants with recurrent respiratory tract infection Children’s cells and humoral immunity indicators were lower than the control group, Yunzhi glycopeptide after treatment were normal or significantly improved, with a total efficiency of 97.6%. CONCLUSION: T-cell immunodeficiency and immunoglobulin are low in children with recurrent respiratory tract infections in infants and young children. IgG2, IgG4, IgA1 and IgA2 are significantly decreased, and Yunzhi glycopeptide can be improved or corrected with good prevention and treatment effects
