一、前言 Corten系列钢是国际上公认的耐大气腐蚀性能良好的高强度低合金结构钢,其中铬是提高耐腐蚀性能的主要元素,W_(18)Cr_4V高速钢是一种强度高、韧性好、耐磨性强的含钨高合金钢。以上钢种其性能随钢中含碳量、合金化元素及热处理制度的变化而异。为配合工艺探讨耐蚀机理,选择适宜的热处理条件,弄清纲中碳化物相随热处理变化的析出规律、需进行碳化物的相分析。由于析出的碳化物相细小而弥散,在电解分离时易氧化和水解,且有些合金元素的分析方法尚存在问题,给分离和测定带来一定的困难。本文着重研究了碳化物相的提取和测定,
