目的观察宫颈炎性刺激时大鼠膀胱功能的尿动力学指标变化。方法成年雌性大鼠36只,采用随机数字表法分为实验组(24只)和对照组(12只),分别用25%苯酚胶浆和生理盐水构建宫颈炎模型和模型对照,造模前后分别对各组行充盈性膀胱压力测定。结果①对照组生理盐水刺激宫颈前后膀胱基础压、排尿前压、排尿压膀胱容积和顺应性无显著变化(P>0.05),在膀胱充盈期未见明显不稳定收缩。而苯酚胶浆对大鼠宫颈所造成的炎性刺激可以使膀胱基础压和排尿前压增加,膀胱容积和顺应性降低,排尿性收缩抑制,与刺激前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在膀胱充盈期66.67%(16/24)的大鼠出现不稳定性收缩。②对照组与实验组刺激前各尿动力学指标结果间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而刺激后两组间各结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论大鼠宫颈在受到炎性刺激时可以引起膀胱功能的改变。
Objective To observe the urodynamic changes of bladder function in rats with inflammatory reaction of cervix. Methods Thirty-six adult female rats were divided into experimental group (n = 24) and control group (n = 12) by random number table. The cervicitis model and model control were established by using 25% phenol glue and saline respectively. Filling bladder pressure of each group were measured. Results ① There was no significant change in urinary bladder volume and compliance between control group before and after stimulation of normal saline (P> 0.05), and no obvious unstable contraction during bladder filling. However, the inflammatory stimuli induced by phenol glue on the rat cervix increased the urinary bladder pressure and urinary pressure, decreased the volume and compliance of urinary bladder, and inhibited the urinary contractility. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). In the bladder filling period, 66.67% (16/24) rats showed unstable contraction. ② There was no significant difference between the control group and the experimental group before the stimulation (P> 0.05), but there was significant difference between the two groups after stimulation (P <0.01). Conclusion The rat cervix can cause bladder function changes when it is stimulated by inflammation.
