目的:了解宜宾珙县地区妇科常见疾病的患病情况,为我地区预防妇科疾病提供参考。方法:采用现场调查研究方法,利用统一的问卷调查表、妇科检查及实验室检查对珙县1 200例妇女进行调查。结果:本地区以乳腺增生、细菌性阴道炎、子宫肌瘤、慢性宫颈炎(包括宫颈糜烂、宫颈息肉、宫颈肥大)为已婚妇女主要妇科疾病。其中乳腺增生好发于23~50岁妇女,阴道炎好发于31~40岁,子宫肌瘤好发于41~50岁。阴道炎及慢性宫颈炎的发生与职业无关。阴道炎的发生与家庭月收入无关,慢性宫颈炎的发生与家庭月收入有关。结论:31~40岁妇女妇科疾病的患病率最高,41~50岁次之,应加强31~50岁年龄段妇女常见妇科疾病的防治。
Objective: To understand the prevalence of gynecological common diseases in Yixian Yixian area and to provide reference for the prevention of gynecological diseases in our region. Methods: A field survey method was used to survey 1 200 women in Shexian County using a unified questionnaire, gynecological examinations and laboratory tests. Results: The main gynecological diseases were married women with hyperplasia of mammary glands, bacterial vaginosis, uterine fibroids and chronic cervicitis (including cervical erosion, cervical polyps and cervical hypertrophy) in this area. Hyperplasia of which occurs in women 23 to 50 years old, vaginitis occur in 31 to 40 years old, uterine fibroids occur in 41 to 50 years old. Vaginitis and chronic cervicitis has nothing to do with the occupation. The incidence of vaginitis has nothing to do with the family monthly income, the occurrence of chronic cervicitis and family monthly income. Conclusion: The prevalence of gynecological diseases among women aged 31-40 years is the highest, followed by those aged 41-50 years. Prevention and treatment of common gynecological diseases in women aged 31-50 years should be strengthened.
