法院文化是政法文化的重要 组成部分。青岛市市北区 法院党组认为按照江泽民同志“三个代表”要求,人民法院必须从“代表先进文化的前进方向”的要求出发,认清历史贡任,从狭隘的眼界和闭塞的思路中跳出来,切实加强对法院文化的研究,不仅要为先进文化的发展提供法律保障,而且要通过法院文化的建设,为先进文化丰富民主与法制的内容。
