俗话说:“股市有风险,入市须谨慎。”“高收益伴随高风险。”笔者发现,尽管自从2009年下半年之后已经有二三百家民营企业在国内创业板市场上市,虽然还没有发现上市企业被中国证监会停牌终止上市的企业,但是,笔者认为,这种状况现在没有出现,不表明以后不会出现。于是,笔者请杨培国律师就这个问题谈一下看法。杨培国律师说道:“我国的创业板
