一、微机应用现状 随着电子技术飞速发展。微机在施工企业的应用不断普及。人们越来越认识到要想提高企业管理水平,加强企业素质,增强企业竞争力,就必须借助于现代化工具电子计算机。十年前微机在施工企业管理中的应用几乎是空白,十年后微机应用范围已遍布企业管理中的很多方面,如工程概预算、投标报价与合同管理、网络计划、工程项目管理、质量和安全的评定与分析、计划与统计、劳资管理、物资设备管理、行政管理(文字处理、报表等)、数值计算(结构、土方、钢筋放样)和综合管理信息系统等。微机应用软件也开始由简单程序单个项目向复杂程序多个项目的综合管理软件发展,由基于数据的程序处理系统向基于知识的程序系统发展。
