知识经济时代,人才不能仅作为一种资源来利用,更要作为一种资本来经营。正如对资本的经营(如以钱生钱) 一样,企业通过分类、排列、重组、整合、使用、借用、转移、错位、异动、碰撞、累积、储备等手段与方法,促进人才能量的积聚、交换与再生,使其效能发挥最大化,价值提升最大化。人才的增值可以对象化地使企业其他资源得到增值,是企业持续增值赢利的源泉。
