各中央企业:日前,国务院办公厅下发了《国务院办公厅关于妥善解决国有企业办中小学退休教师待遇问题的通知》(国办发[2004]9号,以下简称《通知》),要求进一步加快国有企业办中小学移交地方政府管理的进度,理顺办学体制,明确了妥善解决企业办中小学退休教师待遇问题的相关政策,对于推进国有企业改革、促进基础教育事业发展、切实维护社会稳定有着十分重要的意义。为贯彻落实好《通知》精神,现将有关要求通知如下:一、进一步提高认识,加快推进企业分离办社会职能工作。要积极主动与地方政府沟通、协商,从
