目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定马红丸中马钱子碱和士的宁的方法。方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil C18,以乙腈0.01mol/L庚烷磺酸钠与0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钾等量混合溶液(用10%磷酸调节pH值2.8)(20∶80)为流动相,检测波长为260nm。结果:线性范围马钱子碱为0.0901~0.901μg(r=0.9997),士的宁为0.1101~1.101μg(r=0.9999);马钱子碱回收率为98.8%,RSD为1.46%,士的宁回收率为99.4%,RSD为1.75%。结论:本法快速、准确,重复性好,可作为马红丸的主要质控指标之一。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of strychnine and strychnine in Mahong pills by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The column was Diamonsil C18. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile 0.01mol / L sodium heptane sulfonate and 0.02mol / L potassium dihydrogen phosphate (pH = 2.8 with 10% phosphoric acid) (20:80) , Detection wavelength of 260nm. Results: The linear range of brucine was 0.0901 ~ 0.901μg (r = 0.9997), strychnine 0.1101 ~ 1.101μg (r = 0.9999), the strychnine recovery was 98.8%, RSD was 1.46% The recovery rate was 99.4% with a RSD of 1.75%. Conclusion: The method is rapid, accurate and reproducible. It can be used as one of the main quality control indexes of Ma Hong Wan.
