随着我国市场经济的不断发展,我国国有企业的规模也在不断壮大,在国有企业的生产经营过程中,财务人员是财务工作的执行者,因此财务人员的素质高低会对国企的生产经营产生一定的影响。然而在一些国企当中,财务人员的素质还存在着一些问题,这些问题直接影响到了国企财务工作的效率,因此如何提升和培养国企财务人员的素质是现阶段值得探讨的课题。本文从国企财务人员应该具备的素质出发,分析了国企财务人员素质中存在的问题,并提出了几点提升和培养国企财务人员素质的对策,目的在于促进国企的健康稳定发展。
With the continuous development of China’s market economy, the size of China’s state-owned enterprises is also growing. In the course of the production and management of state-owned enterprises, the financial personnel are the executors of financial work. Therefore, the quality of financial personnel will result in the production and operation of state-owned enterprises A certain impact. However, among some state-owned enterprises, there are still some problems in the quality of financial staff. These problems have a direct impact on the efficiency of state-owned financial work. Therefore, it is worth discussing how to improve and train the quality of financial staff in state-owned enterprises. Based on the qualities of state-owned financial staff, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the quality of state-owned financial staff, and puts forward some countermeasures to improve and train the quality of state-owned financial staff. The purpose is to promote the healthy and stable development of state-owned enterprises.
