目的探讨转化生长因子β-Ⅱ型受体(TβRⅡ)和磷酸化Smad2(P-Smad2)蛋白在食管癌发生和发展中的作用。方法应用Western blot技术对38例手术切除的食管癌标本和12例癌旁组织中的TβRⅡ、P-Smad2的表达进行检测。结果食管癌中TβRⅡ、P-Smad2的表达明显低于癌旁组织,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);但TβRⅡ、P-Smad2的表达在不同临床病理特征(年龄、性别构成比、组织分化程度、有无淋巴结转移)中差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论食管癌组织中存在TβRⅡ和Smad2的蛋白表达异常,可能与食管癌的发病有关。
Objective To investigate the role of TβRII and P-Smad2 in the development and progression of esophageal cancer. Methods Western blot was used to detect the expression of TβRⅡ and P-Smad2 in 38 surgically resected esophageal cancer specimens and 12 paracancerous tissues. Results The expression of TβRⅡ and P-Smad2 in esophageal carcinoma was significantly lower than that in paracancerous tissues (P <0.05). However, the expressions of TβRⅡ and P-Smad2 were significantly different in different clinicopathological features (age, gender, tissue differentiation Degree, with or without lymph node metastasis) had no statistical significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion There is abnormal expression of TβRⅡ and Smad2 in esophageal cancer tissues, which may be related to the pathogenesis of esophageal cancer.
