目的 了解猴牙髓及其胶原对物理、化学刺激的反应。方法 观察磷酸锌粘固剂及氧化锌丁香油酚粘固剂 (zincoxideeugenol,ZOE)间接盖髓后 ,恒河猴牙髓即刻、3d、7d、1个月、3个月HE和胶原特殊染色后的组织学变化。结果 ①磷酸锌粘固剂组术后 7d~ 3个月 ,牙髓以局限性炎症损伤为主 ;②ZOE组术后 1~ 3个月胶原减少明显下降 ,已无炎症细胞浸润 ;③胶原特殊染色法可清楚地反映牙髓胶原的形态特点、分布及变化 ,术后 3d胶原明显减少早于炎症细胞的出现。结论 磷酸锌粘固剂对牙髓产生化学刺激作用 ;ZOE可促进损伤牙髓的修复 ;胶原可作为更敏感的指标 ,指示牙髓的损伤和修复。
Objective To understand the response of monkey dental pulp and its collagen to physical and chemical stimuli. Methods After the pulp of zinc phosphate cement and zinc oxide eugenol (ZOE) were observed indirectly, the dental pulp of Rhesus monkeys were immediately stained with HE and collagen after 3d, 7d, 1 month and 3 months Histological changes. Results ① In the zinc phosphate cement group, the inflammatory reaction was mainly localized in the dental pulp 7 days to 3 months after operation; ② The collagen decreased obviously in the 1-3 months postoperatively in the ZOE group, and had no infiltration of inflammatory cells; ③ Collagen special staining Act can clearly reflect the morphological characteristics of dental pulp collagen, distribution and changes after 3d collagen was significantly reduced earlier than the emergence of inflammatory cells. Conclusion Zinc phosphate cement can stimulate the dental pulp chemically. ZOE can promote the repair of dental pulp injury. Collagen can be used as a more sensitive indicator of dental pulp injury and repair.
