国家档案局２０００年１２月６日发布的档案行业标准《归档文件整理规则》，在借鉴传统立卷方法合理因素的基础上，对归档文件整理的原则和具体方法作出了规定。这是我国机关档案工作的一次重大改革。为了帮助大家正确理解和执行《规则》，现谈谈自己的学习体会和全省如何推广
The archival industry standard “Rules for Filing of Archives” issued by the National Archives on December 6, 2000 stipulates the principles and specific methods for filing archives based on the rational factors of the traditional methods of archival filing. This is a major reform of the archives work in our country. In order to help everyone understand and implement the “Rules,” we now talk about our own learning experience and how to promote the province
