近几年来,名师工作室建设似乎有“井喷”的态势。一些地方的名师工作室的确成为当地教育部门和学校锻炼骨干教师、培养优秀教师、打造领军教师的重要载体和形式。然而,从已建名师工作室的现状来看,还有不少地方仅仅停留在“挂名”状态,并没有进入实质性运作;有的即使进入了运作状态,但并没有取得实质性的效果。名师工作室建设如何真正取得实效仍需作出积极的探索和努力。本文以济源第一中学名师工作室建设为例,分析名师工作室建设过程中
In recent years, the construction of famous studios seems to have “blowout” situation. In some places, the teacher’s studio does become an important carrier and form for local education departments and schools to train key teachers, train excellent teachers and create leading teachers. However, judging from the status quo of established teacher studios, there are quite a few places that have only stayed in the state of “naming” and have not entered substantive operations; and some have not obtained substantive effect. How to make a real success in the construction of teacher’s studios still needs to be actively explored and worked hard.
