近几年来,名师工作室建设似乎有“井喷”的态势。一些地方的名师工作室的确成为当地教育部门和学校锻炼骨干教师、培养优秀教师、打造领军教师的重要载体和形式。然而,从已建名师工作室的现状来看,还有不少地方仅仅停留在“挂名”状态,并没有进入实质性运作;有的即使进入了运作状态,但并没有取得实质性的效果。名师工作室建设如何真正取得实效仍需作出积极的探索和努力。本文以济源第一中学名师工作室建设为例,分析名师工作室建设过程中 In recent years, the construction of famous studios seems to have “blowout” situation.
