目的分析梅州市公共场所集中空调通风系统微生物污染现状,为公共场所卫生管理提供科学依据。方法2013年-2015年抽取梅州市28家公共场所的集中空调通风系统,抽取空调送风中和空调风管内表面冷凝水及冷却水样本,检测细菌总数、真菌总数、β-溶血性链球菌和嗜肺军团菌数量。结果 28家集中空调通风系统的135份样本空调送风中的细菌总数、真菌总数、β-溶血性链球菌合格率分别为81.48%、75.56%、100.00%;风管内表面的细菌总数、真菌总数样本量均为131份,合格率分别为87.79%、81.68%;18份冷凝水中未检出嗜肺军团菌;21份冷却水中3份检出嗜肺军团菌,检出率为14.28%。结论梅州市公共场所集中空调通风系统存在不同程度的微生物污染,应定期对公共场所集中空调通风系统进行清洗消毒,加强监督管理。
Objective To analyze the current status of microbial contamination in central air conditioning and ventilation systems in public places in Meizhou City and provide a scientific basis for health management in public places. Methods From 2013 to 2015, centralized air-conditioning and ventilation systems were collected from 28 public places in Meizhou City. Condensate and cooling water samples were collected from the air-conditioning air supply and air-conditioning ducts. The total number of bacteria, total fungi, β-hemolytic streptococcus and Legionella pneumophila count. Results The total number of bacteria, total fungi and β-hemolytic streptococci in 135 samples of 28 air-conditioning and ventilation systems were 81.48%, 75.56% and 100.00%, respectively. The total number of bacteria, The sample size was 131, the pass rate was 87.79%, 81.68% respectively; Legionella pneumophila was not detected in 18 samples of condensate water; 3 samples of Legionella pneumophila were detected in 21 samples of cooling water, the detection rate was 14.28%. Conclusion Meizhou City, central air conditioning and ventilation system in public places there are varying degrees of microbial contamination should be regularly cleaned and disinfected central air conditioning and ventilation systems in public places to strengthen supervision and management.
