针对环境仓内升温增湿过程,采用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法预测了试件的结露行为并加以试验验证.研究了被测试样的尺寸、材质对其表面结露行为的影响.测试结果表明,材料/构件的环境适应性试验中润湿时间存在明显的尺寸效应和材质效应,是该类试验中需要着重考虑的因素.通过优化建模,数值模拟结果与测试数据能够较好地吻合,表明可以利用数值模拟方法预测工程构件在环境适应性测试中的传热行为与结露规律.
In order to increase the temperature and increase the temperature in the warehouse, CFD method was used to predict the dew condensation behavior of the specimen and to verify the effect of the size and material on the dew condensation.
