[目的]建立泉州市区6~18岁儿童少年年龄别身高(HFA)、年龄别体重(WFA)及身高别体重(WFH)标准。[方法]用分层整群随机抽样法,收集市区和55所学校65874名学生2008年测得的身高、体重值,分别计算各组段男女生WFA、HFA和体质指数(BMI)的百分位数和算术均数,与“1995年全国7~22岁城乡学生身高(体重)百分位数评价表”及WHO推荐标准(1997年)进行比较。[结果]取得了6~18岁男女生WFA、HFA、和BMI各组段P5~P95值、平均值及标准差。男生身高、体重随年龄持续增长,15岁后增长变缓;女生身高、体重15岁以前随年龄持续增长,12岁后增长变缓,15岁以后基本持平。6~18岁儿童少年HFA、WFA标准已与1995年全国标准、WHO推荐标准在数值上明显不同。[结论]泉州市区儿童少年生长发育状况评估应采用新标准。
[Objective] To establish the standards of adolescent age-specific height (HFA), age-specific weight (WFA) and height-related weight (WFH) among children aged 6 to 18 in Quanzhou. [Methods] The stratified cluster random sampling method was used to collect the height and weight of 65,874 students in urban area and 55 schools in 2008, and to calculate the weight of WFA, HFA and body mass index (BMI) of boys and girls in each group Quantile and arithmetic mean, compared with the 1995 “Evaluation Table of Height and Weight Perceptions of Urban and Rural Students 7 ~ 22 Years Old” and the WHO Recommended Standard (1997). [Results] The P5 ~ P95 values, mean values and standard deviations of WFA, HFA, and BMI of 6-18 years old boys and girls were obtained. The height and weight of boys continued to increase with age, and then slowed down after 15 years of age. The height and weight of girls continued to increase with age before the age of 15, and then slowed down after the age of 12, and remained basically unchanged after the age of 15. Children 6-18 years old HFA, WFA standards and the 1995 national standards, WHO recommended standards in the numerical significantly different. [Conclusion] The assessment of growth and development of children and adolescents in Quanzhou should adopt new standards.
