利用同位素示踪法,观察狗静脉输注~(131)I-木瓜胶代血浆后血浆放射性的变化,测得其在血浆中半消失时间(T 1/2)为7.9小时。~(131)I-木瓜胶主要经肾脏随尿排出,粪中亦排出一小部分。注入后10天内放射性的95%已排出体外;体内存留量约5%,其中肝内放射性占3.42%,肾占0.14%,腯、心、肺和骨髓内存留量极少。肝、肾组织学检查未见明显改变。肝、肾和甲状腺按单位重量计算,甲状腺的比放射活性居首位,并见滤泡缩小,这与~(131)I有关,与木瓜胶代血浆无关。
Isotope tracer method was used to observe the change of plasma radioactivity after ~ (131) I-papaya gel substitute in dogs intravenously. The half-disappearance time (T 1/2) in plasma was 7.9 hours. ~ (131) I-papaya gum mainly by the kidneys with urine excretion, also excreted a small part. Within 10 days after injection, 95% of the radioactivity has been excreted; the remaining 5% of the body, of which 3.42% intrahepatic radioactivity, 0.14% of the kidney, 腯, heart, lung and bone marrow reserve very little. Liver, kidney histological examination showed no significant change. The specific radioactivity of the thyroid gland in the liver, kidney and thyroid was ranked first, and the follicles were reduced, which was related to ~ (131) I, which was not related to the generation of papaya gum on behalf of the plasma.
