本文分析了厂房温湿度控制系统与一般建筑物空调系统的区别,指出一般空调控制方法不适合厂房温湿度控制.提出一种智能温湿度控制方法.在不同控制阶段分别选用开关控制、模糊控制和智能PID控制,收到了多变量协调控制响应速度快,超调小,抗扰能力强的效果.
This paper analyzes the difference between the temperature and humidity control system of the plant and the air conditioning system of the general building, and points out that the general air conditioning control method is not suitable for the temperature and humidity control of the plant. Put forward a kind of intelligent temperature and humidity control method. Switch control, fuzzy control and intelligent PID control are respectively selected in different control phases. Multivariable coordinated control is received with fast response, small overshoot and strong anti-interference ability.
