对科技期刊论文实行审稿制度,是保障科技期刊科学性,提高期刊学术质量,实现学术争鸣,从而促进科学技术不断向深度和广度发展的一项重要手段。通过对《江西农业大学学报》1996 ～1998 年计454 篇论文审选稿情况进行统计,分析了校内、外审稿和编辑部内审等方法对审稿质量、审稿速度等的影响,旨在探讨农业科技期刊公正性、快捷性、经济实用性的审稿方法。
