目的建立作业场所空气中六氯环戊二烯的气相色谱-质谱测定方法。方法采用活性炭管吸附法采集作业场所空气样品,用正已烷解吸后,气相色谱-质谱法分离测定。结果在优化的条件下,方法线性范围为0.1μg/ml~10μg/ml(r=0.9978),方法检出限为0.035 mg/m3,相对标准偏差为5.50%~11.17%,采样效率、解吸效率、穿透容量等采样参数均满足《工作场所空气中有害物质监测的采样规范》(GBZ 159-2004)要求。结论该方法简便,灵敏准确可靠。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of hexachlorocyclopentadiene in workplace air by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methods Air samples were collected by activated carbon tube adsorption method and desorbed by n-hexane. The samples were separated by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Results Under the optimized conditions, the linear range of the method was 0.1μg / ml ~ 10μg / ml (r = 0.9978). The detection limit was 0.035 mg / m3 and the relative standard deviation was 5.50% ~ 11.17%. The sampling efficiency, desorption efficiency , Penetrating capacity and other sampling parameters to meet the “sampling of hazardous substances in the workplace monitoring standards” (GBZ 159-2004) requirements. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reliable.
