基于冶金废渣的脱硝催化剂的性能研究

为寻求廉价、易得的SCR催化剂,本研究提出了以冶金废渣为原料,采用简单工艺制备脱硝催化剂。通过对催化剂的表征测试和固定床催化脱硝实验,考察了原料种类和制备条件对脱硝性能的影响,探讨了制备工艺简化的可行性。结果表明,冶金废渣基脱硝催化剂具有较好的催化活性,不同种类废渣的催化性能不同,不同干燥温度下制备的催化剂催化性能也不相同。催化剂的孔体积越大,其平均比表面积越大,则催化剂脱硝效率越高;对本次实验中的催化剂制备而言,400℃干燥温度最适宜,所得到的两类催化剂分别在290℃和310℃反应温度下有85%和84%的最高脱硝率。 In order to seek cheap and easy-to-get SCR catalyst, this study proposed to use the simple process to prepare the denitration catalyst by using metallurgical waste as raw material. Through the catalyst characterization test and fixed-bed catalytic denitrification experiments, the influence of raw material types and preparation conditions on the denitrification performance was investigated, and the feasibility of the simplified preparation process was discussed. The results show that the metallurgical slag-based denitration catalyst has good catalytic activity, the catalytic performance of different types of waste residue is different, and the catalyst prepared at different drying temperatures has different catalytic performance. The larger the pore volume of the catalyst, the larger the average specific surface area is, the higher the denitrification efficiency of the catalyst is. For the preparation of the catalyst in this experiment, the optimum drying temperature is 400 ° C, the two types of catalysts obtained are at 290 ° C and The highest denitrification rate is 85% and 84% at 310 ℃ reaction temperature.
