针对当前士兵人工清洗炮管强度大,效率低等问题,以及现有清洗设备在实际应用中存在的体积大、质量重、智能化程度低等不足,基于图像识别技术和模式识别理论,研制了一种智能炮管清洗机器人。该智能炮管清洗机器人采用嵌入式控制系统,应用图像处理技术,实现了清洗过程的可视化,并通过色彩特征提取算法实现了对炮膛内挂铜区域的提取;利用模糊模式识别方法,根据炮膛内挂铜区域分布的规律性及实际图像处理后得到的信息来实现对炮膛的智能清洗。实际应用表明,此智能炮管清洗机器人鲁棒性强、清洗效率高,具有良好的应用前景。
In view of the problems such as the strength and the inefficiency of the artillery barrel being artificially cleaned by the current soldiers and the problems of bulky, heavy weight and low intelligence in the practical application of the existing cleaning equipment, based on the image recognition technology and the pattern recognition theory, A smart barrel cleaning robot. The intelligent barrel cleaning robot adopts the embedded control system and applies the image processing technology to realize the visualization of the cleaning process. Through the color feature extraction algorithm, the extraction of the copper area in the gun chamber is realized. Using the fuzzy pattern recognition method, The regularity of copper distribution and the information obtained after the actual image processing to achieve intelligent cleaning of the gun bore. Practical application shows that this intelligent barrel cleaning robot has strong robustness and high cleaning efficiency, and has good application prospect.
