与我国曾实行的高度集中的计划经济体制相适应,计划法曾被认为是我国整个经济法的龙头法。而在实行社会主义市场经济体制后,计划法与计划一样备受冷落,或者虽有关方面仍然提到计划法,但没有或不愿去进一步探究。本文拟就这一经济法领域的“非热点”问题做一初步的探讨,以作抛砖引玉。 In keeping with the highly centralized planned economy that China had practiced, the planning law was considered the leading law of the entire economic law of our country. After the implementation of the socialist market economic system, the plan law has been neglected as much as the plan or even though the relevant parties still refer to the plan law, it has no or no desire to further explore it. This article intends to make a preliminary discussion on the issue of “non-hot spot ” in the field of economic law so as to start a discussion.
