健康向上的自尊心理是孩子们以后面对生活挑战的重要法宝,那些自我感觉良好的孩子更容易处理生活中出现的矛盾,也更有能力抵抗消极的压力。相比之下,那些自尊心弱的孩子面对挑战就会变得焦虑不安、垂头丧气。如果他们再产生“我没有那么好”或是“我做什么都做不对”的想法,那么他们更容易变得消极、沮丧、孤僻。父母怎样才能帮助孩子建立起良好的自尊呢?下面的几点建议也许会很有用:
Healthy and self-esteem psychology is an important magic weapon for children to face the challenge of life in the future. Those who feel good about themselves are more likely to handle contradictions in life and are more able to resist negative pressure. In contrast, those self-esteem children become anxious and frustrated in the face of challenges. If they produce “I’m not that good” or “I do not do anything right”, then they are more likely to become negative, frustrated, and withdrawn. How can parents help children build good self-esteem?
