目的:研究nm23基因表达与前列腺癌生物学行为和预后的关系。方法:应用SP免疫组织化学染色及微波炉抗原修复方法。结果:nm23的表达阳性率为79.5%;前列腺癌nm23低表达者的转移发生率(75.0%)明显高于高表达者(30.4%),P<0.005;nm23表达水平与前列腺癌的分化程度无相关性(P>0.05),与前列腺癌的临床分期呈负相关(P<0.05);nm23高表达的患者术后3年和5年生存率分别为60.6%和51.0%,显著高于nm23低表达者(39.1%和22.2%),P<0.05和P<0.01。结论:nm23基因低表达与前列腺癌的浸润及转移有关,是预后不良的指标。
Objective: To study the relationship between nm23 gene expression and biological behavior and prognosis of prostate cancer. Methods: SP immunohistochemical staining and microwave antigen retrieval method. Results: The positive expression rate of nm23 was 79.5%. The incidence of metastasis of nm23 in prostate cancer was significantly higher than that in high expression (75.4%) (P <0.005) (P> 0.05), but negatively correlated with the clinical staging of prostate cancer (P <0.05). The 3-year and 5-year survival rates of patients with nm23 overexpression were respectively 60.6% and 51.0% respectively, which were significantly higher than those with low expression of nm23 (39.1% and 22.2%, P <0.05 and P <0.01). Conclusion: The low expression of nm23 gene is associated with the invasion and metastasis of prostate cancer, which is an indicator of poor prognosis.
