采用Si C球作为对磨材料,研究了在不同温度下TC4合金的摩擦磨损性能及磨损表面的组织变化。结果表明:TC4合金的磨损率随温度的升高而降低;平均摩擦系数在200℃内变化不明显,但当温度增加至400℃时,平均摩擦系数明显增加,且在高温下,摩擦系数随时间的变化存在明显的波动;随温度升高,TC4合金的磨损机理从以犁削磨损为主逐渐向以黏着磨损和氧化磨损为主转变。
The friction and wear properties of TC4 alloy and the microstructure changes of the worn surface were investigated by Si C ball as the wear-resistant material. The results show that the wear rate of TC4 alloy decreases with the increase of temperature. The average friction coefficient does not change obviously at 200 ℃. However, when the temperature increases to 400 ℃, the average friction coefficient increases obviously. With the increase of temperature, the friction coefficient With the temperature increasing, the wear mechanism of TC4 alloy mainly changes from plow abrasion to adhesive wear and oxidation wear mainly.
