目的探讨膜型1-基质金属蛋白酶(MT1-MMP)和基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)在子宫内膜异位症发生中的作用。方法皖南医学院附属弋矶山医院2003-07-2004-04采用免疫组化SP方法研究25例子宫内膜异位症患者的异位内膜组织和22例正常子宫内膜组织中的MT1-MMP和TIMP-1蛋白的表达情况。结果子宫内膜异位症组中的MT1-MMP蛋白表达水平明显高于对照组(P<0·05),TIMP-1蛋白表达水平在两组之间比较差异无显著性意义。结论MT1-MMP在子宫内膜异位症的发生发展中起一定的作用。
Objective To investigate the role of membrane type 1-matrix metalloproteinase (MT1-MMP) and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) in the pathogenesis of endometriosis. Methods Affiliated Yijishan Hospital, Wannan Medical College 2003-07-2004-04 Immunohistochemical SP method was used to study the expression of MT1-M in ectopic endometrial tissue of 25 cases of endometriosis and 22 cases of normal endometrium, MMP and TIMP-1 protein expression. Results The MT1-MMP protein expression in endometriosis group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of TIMP-1 protein between the two groups. Conclusion MT1-MMP plays a role in the occurrence and development of endometriosis.
