眼底自发荧光(FAF)影像是近二十年来开展的一项技术。它能够反映视网膜色素上皮(RPE)细胞的功能,也可以作为临床上RPE细胞代谢活力的一个指标。动态观察眼底自发荧光,可以监测病情的进展,判断疾病预后,结合进一步的基础实验研究,正确了解视网膜脉络膜病变的发病机制。本文就眼底自发荧光的原理,分布和检测方法及在临床应用的新进展作一综述。
Fundus autofluorescence (FAF) imaging is a technique that has been developed for nearly two decades. It can reflect the function of retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) cells, but also can be used as an indicator of the metabolic activity of RPE cells clinically. Dynamic observation of fundus autofluorescence, can monitor the progress of the disease, to determine the prognosis of the disease, combined with further basic experimental study, the correct understanding of the pathogenesis of retinal choroidal lesions. This article reviews the principle, distribution and detection methods of autofluorescence and the new progress in clinical application.
