一、绪言在精密机械仪器制造业中,成形铣刀、齿轮滚刀等的应用相当广泛。为了使得这类刀具在每次刃磨后,保持原定的后角和原定的廓形不变,或改变甚小,一般是对这类刀具的齿背进行专门的铲制(包括铲车和铲磨)。齿背铲制,成了这类精密刀具制造的独特工序。其中,铲磨乃是齿背的最终精加工手段,对刀具质量影响很大。这类刀具的常用齿背曲线,是阿基米德螺线。其极坐标方程是(参照图1):
