伴随着经济的快速发展,各行各业为了适应时代发展的步伐,不断加强对内部体制的改革,其中地勘单位也不例外。近期,国家出台相关文件,明确要求地勘单位在发展过程中要适应时代发展,单位朝着企业化发展,对于朝着社会化发展。之所以提出这样的要求,主要是由于能源供给作为推动经济发展的重要保障之一,却因污染、浪费、自身贫乏等变得越来越紧缺,任由这种现象继续存在,将严重制约国家经济的发展。因此在新形势下不断加强对地勘单位改革的研究已经成为必然趋势。接下来我将对如何促进地勘单位企业化改革与发展进行深层次论述。
With the rapid economic development, all walks of life in order to adapt to the pace of development of the times, and constantly strengthen the reform of the internal system, of which geological exploration units are no exception. Recently, the state issued relevant documents, clearly requiring geological exploration units in the development process to adapt to the development of the times, the unit toward the development of enterprise, towards the social development. The reason why such a demand is raised is mainly due to the fact that energy supply, as one of the important guarantees for economic development, has become increasingly scarce due to pollution, waste and lack of self-sufficiency. Letting this phenomenon continue to exist will severely constrain the development of the country economic development. Therefore, under the new situation, the continuous research on the reform of geological exploration units has become an inevitable trend.
