全国农业技术推广服务中心4月23日消息称,当前,华南早稻区水稻大部处于返青分蘖期,其中海南南部处于孕穗抽穗期,江南早稻大部处于三叶期。受今年暖冬气候影响,境外虫源地水稻迁飞性害虫越冬基数明显偏高。据全国农作物病虫测报网监测,今年水稻迁飞性害虫迁入期较常年偏早,迁入量接近常年同期,高于2014年同期。各地要注意加强监测,及时发布病虫情报,切实做好监测预警工作。一、迁入情况 The National Agricultural Technology Extension Service Center said on April 23 that at present, most of the rice in the early rice region of South China is in the turning-back tillering stage, of which southern Hainan is at the heading stage of booting and most of southern early rice is in the three-leaf stage. Affected by the warm winter climate this year, the base of overwintering pests of migratory rice in overseas insect sources was significantly higher. According to the National Crop Pest and Disease Report Network, the migration period of migratory pests of rice in this year was earlier than usual, and the amount of moving in was nearly the same as that of the same period of previous year, higher than the same period in 2014. All localities should pay attention to strengthening monitoring, timely release of disease and insect intelligence, and earnestly conducting monitoring and early warning work.
