为了确定急性心肌梗死早期~(99m)锝焦磷盐心肌扫描的敏感性,本文对31例因缺血性心前区疼痛时间延长收入冠心病监护病房(CCU)的患者,分别在出现症状之后4至8小时内,以及24小时接受扫描检查。从记录的图象说明:15例中11例有急性心肌梗死的证据,其早期心肌扫描显示局部心肌同位素吸收增加;而在16例不稳定型心绞痛患者中,仅有2例局部同位素吸收增加。4例早期心肌扫描正常者,其中3例有大面积穿壁性心肌梗死。此3例早期呈正常心肌扫描,但在梗死后24小时可能因反射性灌流量减少而出现异常的扫描象,4例梗死后24小时~(99m)锝焦磷酸盐吸收面积超过20%者,没有见到有梗死扩展的其它证据。其它7例患者,早期扫描与晚期扫描相比较,异常的放射线活性吸收的面积没有显著改变。这些研究
In order to determine the sensitivity of ~ (99m) technetium pyrophosphate during early myocardial infarction, we retrospectively analyzed 31 patients with coronary artery disease (CCU) who had prolonged ischemic preeclampsia after myocardial infarction 4 to 8 hours, and 24 hours to undergo a scan check. From the recorded images, it was demonstrated that in 11 of 15 patients with evidence of acute myocardial infarction, their early myocardial scan showed an increase in local myocardial isotope absorption, whereas in 16 patients with unstable angina only 2 had increased local isotope absorption. 4 cases of early myocardial infarction were normal, of which 3 cases had a large area of myocardial infarction. The three cases were normal early myocardial scintigraphy, but in 24 hours after infarction may be due to decreased reflex perfusion and abnormal scanning images, 4 cases of 24 hours after infarction (99m) more than 20% absorption of technetium pyrophosphate, No other evidence of infarct expansion was seen.
