目的观察兔后肢电烧伤后磁共振弥散加权成像(MR-DWI)表面扩散系数(ADC)的变化规律。方法 12只新西兰大白兔随机数字表法分为烧伤组及对照组,于电烧伤后24h、48h及72h行伤肢MRI扫描,DWI成像b值分别选取50s/mm2、100s/mm2、300s/mm2同时进行T2WI及T1WI扫描,组织病理学检查。结果各烧伤组ADC值低于对照组,在b=300mm2/s时,烧伤后48h病变组与对照组之间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用b值弥散成像(DWI)能够监测肌肉烧伤后病理变化过程,ADC值可以作为检测烧伤程度的影像观察指标。
Objective To observe the change of surface diffusion coefficient (ADC) of MR-DWI after electrical burn in hind limbs of rabbits. Methods 12 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into burn group and control group. MRI scans of injured limbs were performed at 24h, 48h and 72h after electrical burn. The b values of DWI were selected as 50s / mm2, 100s / mm2, 300s / mm2 At the same time T2WI and T1WI scan, histopathological examination. Results The ADC value of each burn group was lower than that of the control group. There was a significant difference (P <0.05) between the lesion group and the control group at 48h after burn at b = 300mm2 / s. Conclusion DWI can monitor the pathological changes of muscle after burn injury, and ADC value can be used as an imaging index for detecting burn degree.
