上海市政协主席蒋以任充分肯定了上海消防工作四个显著的成效:一是消防工作机制更加完善;二是火灾防范措施更加全面;三是防火安全制的落实更加到位;四是战斗力明显增强。他认为,上海消防部队具有强烈的使命意识、责任意识、忧患意识,特别能吃苦、特别能战斗、特别能奉献,养兵千日,用兵千日,在生与死、血与火的考验面前,冲得上、打得赢,以实际行动保护了国家和人民的利益。
