国家能源局近日发布《煤层气勘探开发行动计划》,其中提出,到2020年,我国将新增煤层气探明地质储量1×1012m3;煤层气(煤矿瓦斯)抽采量力争达到400×108m3。相对于2014年的170×108m3,未来5年,我国煤层气抽采量将增长1倍多。《计划》提出,400×108m3的抽采目标中,地面开发200×108m3,基本全部利用;煤矿瓦斯抽采200×108m3,利用率60%以上。到2020年,我国将建成3~4个煤层气产业化基地,重点煤矿区基本形成煤层气与煤矿瓦斯共采格局。《计划》明确了今后一段时期我国煤层气(煤矿瓦斯)开发利用的重点任务。分区域分层次开展勘探,加快沁水盆地和鄂尔多斯
Recently, the National Energy Administration released the Action Plan for Exploration and Development of Coalbed Methane (CBM), in which it proposed that by the year 2020, China will add 1 × 1012m3 of proved geological reserves of CBM and strive to reach 400 × 108m3 of coalbed methane (CMM) extraction. Compared with 170 × 108m3 in 2014, CBM recovery in China will more than double in the next five years. “Plan” proposed, 400 × 108m3 of the extraction goals, the ground development 200 × 108m3, basically all use; coal gas drainage 200 × 108m3, the utilization rate of 60%. By 2020, China will build 3 to 4 coalbed methane industrialization bases, and the key coal mining areas will basically form the pattern of coalbed methane and coal mine methane co-production.
