目的:研究温胆汤对精神分裂症模型鼠突触传递效能的影响。方法:将30只SD大鼠,随机分三组,分别为正常组(A)、模型组(B)及温胆汤组(C),A、B组灌胃生理盐水,C组灌胃温胆汤,每天一次,21天后地卓西平马来酸盐(MK801)造模诱发精神分裂症,3天后采用ASB240U生物信号采集处理分析系统,进行LTP诱发实验并观测和记录诱发电位。结果:B组大鼠LTP诱发成功率较A组和C组明显减少(P<0.05);C组大鼠有PS峰潜伏期的缩短,而B组大鼠无明显PS峰潜伏期缩短现象。结论:温胆汤能改善精神分裂症模型大鼠突触传递的效能。
Objective: To study the effect of Wendan Decoction on synaptic transmission in schizophrenic model mice. METHODS: Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: normal group (A), model group (B), and Wendan Decoction group (C). Groups A and B were given normal saline by gavage, and group C was administered by intragastric administration. Gallbladder soup was administered once a day and 21 days later to induce schizophrenia with Zhuoxiping maleate (MK801). Three days later, an ASB240U biosignal collection and processing analysis system was used to conduct LTP induction experiments and observe and record evoked potentials. RESULTS: The success rate of LTP induction in group B was significantly lower than that in group A and C (P<0.05). In group C, the latency of PS peak was shortened, while in group B, there was no significant shortening of PS peak latency. Conclusion: Wendan Decoction can improve the efficacy of synaptic transmission in schizophrenia model rats.
