在学校的教育教学活动中,由于受传统教育思想的影响大家普遍认为教师与学生是教育者与被教育者、管理者与被管理者,以及权威与服从的关系。大部分教师还没有认同自己既是教育者又是服务者的身份,对师生之间的平等、互学以及服务与被服务的新型的师生关系,认识上还不够深刻,所以教师在教育教学活动的具体工作过程中难免会与学生产生矛盾甚至发生“冲突”。
