农村幼儿教师国培计划对我国教育事业发展具有重要意义,对我国学前教育具有直接影响。因此,相关部门应当关注教育薄弱环节,加强教育协作,推动幼儿教育均衡发展,帮助农村幼儿教师实现专业化成长。本文首先分析了“国培计划”背景下农村幼儿教师专业化成长中存在缺乏针对性、主动性、长远性等问题。并在此基础上提出了相应的应对策略,即注重专业化发展方向、采用成长型培训模式、采用研训交互课堂等。以求提升农村幼儿教师参与国培计划的积极性,并增强国培计划的系统性、科学性,促使农村幼儿教师在参与培训过程中拓展自身文化视野,丰富自身专业知识储备,促进自身专业成长。
The training program of rural kindergarten teachers is of great significance to the development of education in our country and has a direct impact on the preschool education in our country. Therefore, relevant departments should pay attention to the weak links in education, strengthen education and coordination, promote the balanced development of early childhood education and help rural kindergarten teachers achieve professional growth. This paper first analyzes the lack of pertinence, initiative, long-term and other issues in the professional growth of rural kindergarten teachers under the background of “national education plan”. And on this basis, put forward the corresponding coping strategies, that is, pay attention to the direction of specialized development, the use of growth training model, the use of interactive classroom and other training. In order to improve the enthusiasm of rural kindergarten teachers to participate in the national training program and to strengthen the systematic and scientific training programs, rural kindergarten teachers should be encouraged to broaden their cultural horizon in their participation in the training process, enrich their professional knowledge reserves and promote their professional growth.
